"Painting is silent poetry, and poetry is painting that speaks."

- Simonides (6th - 5th century, B.C.)

Our paint supervision process is carried out with the progressive inspection models:

Step 1 - A detailed inspection of the unpainted aircraft skin is carried during the green aircraft inspection and prior to any paint or primer applications. A list of observations is submitted for rectification including composite fairings and panels for quality and fit to adjacent structure. All sealant over the entire aircraft prior to painting, a very important element to be done prior to paint for a quality finished product.

Step 2 - A Secondary inspection of fuselage is carried out with the primer applied and sanded. This inspection affords the ability to highlight imperfections in fuselage skin and voids in sealant prior to topcoat being applied.

Step 3 - A final quality inspection overall paint is done paying particular attention to finishes and cleanliness of details. A final Teflon coating is recommended to enhance appearance, increases intervals between washes and protects the finish from ultra violet degradation of paint.
